FLOWER NEWS

Floriculture's production for the the Mother's Day period is looking quite good, but the cold weather in Melbourne may cause a tightening of supply and some higher prices during this high demand period, especially with products from our other growers.  We recommend to get your Mother's Day orders in by the start of May to secure both product and better pricing than last minute orders.

FLOWER SHOW This weekend is the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show, which is a great opportunity to see what flower and plant trends are around at the moment. You may see many of our flowers at the flower show, so just look for the best flowers and they may be ours.

COMING SOON

Over the next few weeks we will be adding new products to our online catalogue.  The new ranges include:

• Florist sundry items such as floral foam, wraps, ribbons, glassware (vases), ceramics, boxes, tissue, sleeves, tape, wire, etc.
• Tropical foliages and flowers - including local and imported anthurium, orchids, heliconia, claws, ginger, cordyline, etc.
• Continuing subscriptions.  With just one simple order, we'll automatically send the seasons best and freshest flowers on a regular basis.  One benefit of this program is a discounted bundle price and extras, such as vases and long lasting florist products to help you make the most of your regular flower deliveries.  Imagine the pleasure of having fresh, beautiful flowers in your home or office all year long - a proven way to heighten the mood.

BY REQUEST

Products you can't find listed can be ordered by using the new 'Special Request' item, which allows you to describe what you are after and place the order.  We are then able to get back to you with a quote and if you accept the quote we process the order as per normal.

Remember that we only process payments when an order is ready to ship and any 'extras' have been approved by you.
